Vendo OS

Vendo OS is the internal workspace of Vendo Digital Ltd, a UK digital marketing agency. Vendo’s team uses it to manage client accounts, plan and track delivery work, and prepare performance reports for the clients we run marketing for.

It is used by Vendo staff only: access is by invitation, with a Vendo Google Workspace account. Clients see their own results in a separate client dashboard.

How Vendo OS uses Google data

• Google sign-inYour name, email address and profile photo, to sign Vendo staff in. Only invited @vendodigital.co.uk accounts can use Vendo OS.
• Google AdsRead-only campaign performance (spend, clicks, conversions) for the ad accounts Vendo manages for its clients, to report results back to each client.
• Google AnalyticsRead-only website traffic and conversion reports for client properties Vendo has been given access to.
• Google Search ConsoleRead-only search performance (queries, clicks, impressions) for client websites.
• Google Business ProfileRead-only profile performance (views, calls, direction requests) for client locations.

Vendo OS only reads this data; it never changes campaigns, analytics settings, sites or listings. Data is used solely to report to the client it belongs to, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties. Access can be removed at any time from your Google Account or by contacting us.
